He is a specialist in civil and economic law, in that particularly in law on partnerships and companies. He has rendered the comprehensive legal services for the domestic and foreign enterprises for many years. The advocate has a wide experience in the lawsuit representation before the courts, offices and courts of arbitration. An expert – among the advocates – in tax law. He has been a member of the District Bar Council in Białystok for many years, and then he has fulfilled a function of a vice-dean of the District Bar Council in Białystok. He speaks Russian fluently.
Biography
A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He passed the exam to become a judge with a top class degree and he was entered into a list of legal advisers in 1984. He has practised a profession of an advocate since 1991.
